Skyrim SE No Dialogue problem

As the title says I have a no dialogue problem with the game write now, I have spent 4 whole days modding this game to work. My first problem was that the game was not detecting SKSE even tho all the files where installed in the right places[Fixed by reinstalling SKSE with files from new download and link]. Second problem was that the intro had the infamous cart bug[Disable immersive armor mod and modifying ini files to run at 60fps]. Third problem was that running USSEP and RS Children together was causing me to have an infinite loading screen preventing me from enter the main menu, the patch for both mods did not work[Removed RS Children]. Finally my last problem is that there is no dialogue when I run the game. I tried deleting my ini files like people have mentioned in the enderal mod problems even tho I have never installed Enderal, did not work. Tried running CHKDSK to see if my files were corrupted because when I verified Skyrim it told me that 4 files failed to validate and will be reacquired. But the file are lost because loot tells me to clean the DLC and Update file which are dirty and contain hundreds of ITM and deleted navmeshes(which I proceed to clean and fail to fix dialogue. I am losing my patience and sanity to this problem, please help.

As you can see no Enderal mod, so please don't link those threads.

(if you use a Mod Manager outside of NMM like Vortex or MO2:)

1. it is imperetive that you download the mod Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch (USSEP for short) on www.nexusmods.com

and 2: use this tool found here to sort your load order. its a bloody mess!

also look for a mod cleaning guide in the useful tips section pinned at the top of skyrim se discussion page!!!! you will find everything and then some to help you mod better from the start

also use skse64 not the steam skse (thats for LE not SE) also use a tool called SSEEdit on nexus page: www.nexusmods.com

in the helpfull tips and tricks section you will find a guide to help clean your files when you verify them (thats what happens when you reverify them. you need to clean them each time you revirify remembering how is importent) so keep those guides favorited just in case)

Can u remove mod folder to desktop and start adding mods one by one and start game after each mod added

I think u will find witch mod is doing this to u

it sounds to much but it will only take 15 minutes from ur time

but the main question here is how are u starting the game ?

are u starting it through skse ?
