How the hell are you supposed to wear the CC Crusader armor???

Like literally EVERYTHING you do in this game is apparently considered a crime, including combat. Which means you're not allowed to fight in it. Not allowed to fight in a paid content armor. That's f*cking ridiculous!!!!

You can't attack first, but combat is doable.

Exploring on the other hand is not, since you can wander into a zone marked for tresspass with no indicators, which is immediately labelled as a crime, rendering the armour useless.

I got the armor's penalty quest triggered the moment i killed a generic Forsworn that attacked me first when i got too close to their tower hideout.

Idk some npcs that are meant to be hostile to player count as friendly/neutral for this armor quest criteria?

The problem is there are patches of wilderness where Bethesda was going to put stuff, but didn't, but are still tagged for tresspass if you enter them... usually there is nobody there, so it's immediately deregistered crimewise, but it still triggers the penalty for the crusaders armour.

Overally yea it's probably one of the worst and jankiest CCs of the bunch. Got fed up and made a quick crafting recipe for myself for a version of the armor/weapon set that doesn't require you to stand on eyelashes to avoid that overly sensitive quest from triggering. (made it unlockable after you do the Pilgrimage quest ONCE)

Yeah, I've done it myself, you actually do get it for tresspassing, but because the Forsworn goes on the attack, it doesn't register until you kill them (well it can register if you run away, but it's quicker to kill them).... at least it did with me...

the most wild part is that of all the armors they locked behind morality they picked his. Pelinal was a an axe crazed cyborg blood knight from the future driven by a genocidal hate of all elves who once slaughter a ton of khajitte because he was so blood crazed he could t tell they werent alyiads. when alyssia told him they needed to plan and regroup and delayed the attack on the alyid capital/imperial city he just ignored her and tried to solo the thing. he's canonicly a worse murder hobo than most players.
