Best looking NPC face mod?
I searching for the mod which beautifies all NPCs. I mean... those mods like Male/Female NPC overhaul or Pandorable are good but... what is the point to beautify known NPCs when you meet random NPCs with vanilla ugly face? So i search for mod with geneology for all the NPCs, like High Poly Head mod have. Any suggestions?

It's down to your preference, really. You should look at the available screenshots a mod author provides, and decide for yourself.

It's important to note that not every NPC visual replacer does the exact same thing. If you're using Nexusmods, and the mod's files aren't packaged in a ".bsa" file, you should look over the files included in the mod. It's good to familiarize yourself with that some mods include more files in more folder categories than others (I put it vaguely because I'm not regularly in the habit of beautifying my characters so much as enhancing my gameplay features).

botox for skyrim
but you shouldnt just rely on one mod, you should combine multiple mods and then use something like botox to cover whatever you miss

I would need help for that, i'm not that smart around modding. I am already on edge from "redundant" messages on Vortex, because i don't know what to do with it.

It's hard to disagree with your answer as it is correct.

But we don't know the Op's level of modding experience/knowledge. He could easily end up with the dreaded dark face bug doing this and get frustrated. Whether the Op can use Xedit or competently remove textures and meshes. Best to start small and use one mod to begin with or mod combos which don't conflict ie Pandorable, Bijin & Kalilies as 1 combo or Courageous Women AIO and Pride Of Skyrim.

Whilst Botox covers every NPC (I believe) It does lack the quality of more refined overhauls.

Edit: One other thing to consider Op any mod which edits an NPC be it appearance or anything else such as giving them unique armour will need patching.

My modding experience is light. I modded oldrim a little before, but that was like century ago. Now i trying vortex for the first time. I found Nordic faces mod, which slightly changes vanilla. Buuut maybe that will be not enough.

My favorite is the Motherlands and Fatherlands mods. They really do make your characters look good.

Where those mods are? Not on nexusmods.
