Finishing Moves freezing

Hello, guys.
I have a problem since I bought this Special Edition (don't remember if this same issue happened in the original version) and sometimes, when finishing an enemy, there's a freeze on its animation for a couple of seconds and then, the animation continues normally. Anyone has this same problem? Is there a fix for it?

It's been like this since Oldrim.
Most notoriously it happens more often for Werewolf finishers but still can happen on weapon finishers too.

It did start happening more with the AE update for some reason. Nothing you can do but not your fault.

It is random, I have not ever encountered it myself.

If you are playing full vanilla no mods then that's just imagination playing tricks on you.

It doesn't happen any more or less often than it did in Oldrim.

yeah I don't really even notice it anymore.

I don't even recall if there is way to fix this aside from ignoring it or disabling finishers.
