Not that obscure, they look a lot like vaguely (and I mean REALLY vaguely) humanoid slugs,
they are well known for not caring about other races and use of necromancy, although some
are not expressly evil, with them aiding Heros on adventures.

Khajiit[elderscrolls.fandom.com] run the gamut from elves with facial markings to regular looking cats.

They were in Morrowind (maybe earlier games too), they are in Elder Scrolls Online, and there are books in Oblivion that mention them.

Given the Sload were behind one of the most famous Plagues of all time..... one magic couldn't easily cure...... I'm not sure I would use that soap.....
