The big thing to pay attention to is your game version, and go off of that.
The reason the site you are looking at lists out the 1.5.97 version, is some mod creators and mod users, branched off and stayed on the version prior to the anniversary update which gave people four free CC content and also introduced a bundle for the rest.
Not all mod creators use the terms SE and AE to mean the same thing. So try and ignore that and focus on game version instead. Just keep an eye out for if they mention a conflict with any of the CC content.
So in this case, go with the "Anniversary Edition" build as it matches your current game version.
