Question about Vortex, SKSE, ENB
Hi guys, im pretty new to modding in Skyrim.. i played skyrim on console and i thought it would be nice to try out some mods, so here i am on steam.

I have questions, with Skyrim mod, i use vortex mod manager, i added ENB files to the game directory and much more. As i have said before, im new to modding so i want to ask if the Vortex mod manager or the mods and ENB are stopped after i close Skyrim.

Because i mainly use my steam account for competitive games such as Counter Strike 2, Siege, etc.. I just want to make sure everything is stopped when i close Skyrim, to avoid false accusations of VAC or other anti cheats.
Are these software just stopped when i exit everything ? If yes, is there a way to check if they are already stopped ? These past few days i have always restarted my pc just to be safe before jumping in to competitive games :D.

As far as i know, you have to add a game to the vortex modding list. If you have not done that. Then your save. Next to that, the ENB is just for skyrim, it's in your skyrim gaming folder. Personal i do not use Vortex. I rather regress back into a small Marsupial.
