you can also tweak the radius and attenuation for audio ducking when talking to someone so it makes it less noticeable... look up [Audio] ini configs on something like STEP...
To Your Face is very good for when you have 4+ followers and are using say AFT, where AFT helps prevent overlapping chatter from them talking over each other, but instead, sequentially... you walk by a Falmer cave entrance, and all 4, in sequence, want to comment of their fear and trepidation about what's inside. :-)
one you may like, though it's a bit jarring if you use headphones, takes the NPC dialogue and doesn't apply distance attenuation or environmental effects to it, just a voice right in your earholes, clean and crisp. works much better with speakers/surround setup, though. NPC Audio Dialogue Enhancer[www.nexusmods.com].
