Survival mode skyrim so fun but
I played as Khajit, with lvl 32 so far. However, i cannot roam in cold place less than a day with Full set Nordic armor. Is there any mods that help to reduce or adjust the amount of debuff from that so good yet so bad feature?

I use campfire, the weather will still be harsh but it helps, on the plus sides it is also immersive and enhance the survival mode

Your Warmth Rating is only meant to delay, not negate the onset of cold penalties. It's a lot more interesting that way if you stop to think about it.

Just be observant of nearby shelters and camps that you can stop by when you need to. Or build camps if you have the dlc or a mod that lets you do that.

sure, lots of them... try maybe survival control panel, some people love it, you can adjust with sliders as you see fit, all of them, without having to disable it and re-enable it because you find yourself on the edge of unconsciousness and unable to fight at the worst possible time...

Assuming you want to play without any changes made to Survival Mode's rules via mods:

A horse is your best friend in cold areas. Obviously, this isn't an option everywhere, as some dungeons are freezing regions, and there's no horse in those. But for overland travel, a horse is essential for comfortable questing. You can also cross freezing water safely on horseback. Bonus: You do not lose stamina while on horseback, meaning you can travel over-encumbered in safety this way. One to consider before entering a bigger dungeon as that horse might be your ticket to more loot.

Fire salts are no longer an alchemy ingredient. Okay, that's not strictly true but you would be well served to forget about using them in potions, and instead use them to make hot soup. As mentioned above, warmth rating isn't to stop you getting cold at all, but to slow down the process of freezing. Hot soup will in effect reset the "timer", so to speak, as it instantly restores 200 cold points per soup. For some freezing dungeons, these are borderline mandatory. Collect any and all fire slats you see, including buying them from alchemists. For some content later in the game, you'll be glad you did.

Clear Skies. Not a use I see so often mentioned in these discussions, and I only stumbled across it myself largely by accident some years ago. It not only clears the sky as advertised, but in Survival this also slows down your freezing rate. It's particularly useful on the northernmost regions where it snows at all times. Unlike regular Skyrim, this means the shout has a practical use that's really quite important.

to survive cold all you need is mod Sunhelm Magical Heat Sources. Make magical heat sources with wall of flames spell or flame atronachs.

Without modding the best you can do it take some hot soup with you, or stop by a location and hope there is some fire there.
