Nolvus or LoreRim

winter is here.
want to start a new playthrough but cant decide if Nolvus or LoreRim,
Haven't played any of them before.

Convince me until Monday which one offer the most immersive features.
Waiting for my new SSD to arrive.

LoreRim and Nolvus
- 2 differents approch for visuals
- 2 differents approch for combat

Nolvus , if you want
more complex combat
more feature on survival mode , level up system
new location , new visuals

LoreRim , if you want an experience that keep the vanilla experience
its not "bling bling" as Nolvus but i recommanded it first if you like vanilla game and want updgrade grphics , more contents quest , but to keep vanilla gameplay/feature

Nolvus its stunning but it feel too much , its steel skyrims but its an overhall revamp , we miss the vanilla mood

both 're immersive , but even they use some same mods , the vision is not the same
LoreRim : upgrade visual , gameplay but keep vanilla game in goal
Nolvus : Revamp overhall the game visuals , gameplay

If you like fake looking plastic women, like on the silly tv programs, then you'll love it.

I prefer to play in first person, LoreRim offers a better experience in that right?

Nolvus is way easier to install, and way easier to modify.

Mod packs are not designed to be added to, this includes Nolvus...
If you do add mods to a mod pack the only place you can ask for help is the mod pack website.

Unless you personally are already good at installing, troubleshooting, and patching mods, no modpack is easy to modify. We get threads all the time where new or inexperienced players foul up their game trying to make changes to whatever modpack they have installed.

edit: for new or inexperienced users, modpacks should be used "as is".

U never did a single game on LoreRim at all. How u can say vanilla experience if it based on requiem?

I've never played LoreRim but I love Nolvus. Most of the gameplay mods are ones I used before and it looks beautiful. I have about 70 hours on it with no issues. I'd recommend getting one month of premium Nexus - makes installing a breeze.
