That's just the list of mods I have, not the order. Unoffical patch is under the game .esm. I can't find a way to copy the list from vortex. I don't think the load order is the problem. I was thinking that the only way this game can use 100% my cpu is if somehow the physics get broken. So I guess tomorrow I'll disable everything related to HDT-SMP to see if that helps.
Most of the mods I have are animations and textures, those should not be an issue.
Generally speaking no matter how powerful your CPU is it is best to couple HDT-SMP with CBPC. If set up right you can reduce the bug occuring to once every couple of hours or so. From my experience the more intricate a hairstyle is (if it has physics) the faster it will break.
It seems I was heading in the right direction. Thank you for that comment, I had no idea this is a common issue. Yes, the both my char and follower have HDT-SMP hair/bodies. Something I noticed is that when I'm in the open world the game do not wreck too often, but when I'm indoors that's when it happens the most.
This is Vortex's and LOOT's order suggestion. I think the issue is more what SailaNamai said, but here is the load order list anyways:

It's a real shame too because the hair just adds so much flair i simply can't play without anymore. The jiggle is nice and all but i don't really notice it when not actively looking. You can set it up in a way that CBPC handles the jiggle and hdt-smp the rest and also switch modes via hotkey.
Word of warning that low fps can be detrimental to your games health. The reason why i'm not sure about the smp reset command is that i'm not using it. Once my physics break i always roll back my save. You might have noticed odd physics behaviour (from non hdt objects) while at low fps. This applies to other aspects of the engine, namely papyrus, as well. Some mods will periodically update or listen for certain events. Say you have a survival mod that once per second updates your heat level. With normal frame rates that is not an issue because in computational terms one second is plenty of time. The problem is if said mod calls for a new update before the last one is processed, or worse is in the process of updating itself. That can (depending on how the mod is written) seriously mess up variables, break entire mods and bork your save.
I totally agree, there are some mods that we can’t live without.
Since you’re here let me ask one more question; if I want to change the HDT-SMP body to CBPC, do I need the XPSM Skeleton to be in HDT? In other words, I’m just wondering if I just should download the CBPC file and overwrite everything it needs to or I need to do something else first?
What about the armors that are HDT? Are those compatible with CBPC out of the box?

Sorry i don't want to rewrite or copy&paste the entire thing ;)
Install order wise i have it set like this:
CBPC
HDT-SMP
CBBE (overwrites CBPC)
CBBE 3BBB (overwrites CBBE)
XP32 Skeleton (overwrites SOS (if you have that), does not get overwritten by anything)
CBPC is quite limited in what it does. Meaning it can't effect hair or certain armor physics. It can handle all the jiggle but it can't do stuff like cape physics.
It will take some reading on your part (it can be daunting to get through) and i should mention that this particular build is 3 (or so) month old so i can't speak to new versions of any of the mods involved (if there are any).
That's fine man you've done enough. At least I know what I'm up against to fix this later. Just knowing that the physics were the ones messing my game is just what I needed to know :)
The issue I was having is HDT-SMP. I researched and that mod was abandoned and it causes the problem I had. After removing it, I don't have this problem anymore, but the price to pay is no physics which sucks. All one could do is brush it under the rug with fake physics armor/body, but the RIP the hair motion. In any case, I appreciate you reading and trying to help (y).
but, you don`t have to be without, i never use it on hair, and restricted it to outfits that are standalone, and it works flawlessly. Even in scenarios when the outfits are off, as it`s usually only one or two more people for the system to handle physics on.
Tecnically the only thing I did was replace all the SMP bodies with CBPC. I didn't unistall HDT-SMP but only used it for the hair/wigs, so I did not have a need to start a new save. Yesterday I played like 5 hours without any issue.
