Question about skyrim se and the high poly head mod?

I've seen how good the high poly head looks but how well does it play with vampires and transformation and other vamp mods like BV mod?

High Poly Heads has a specific vampire add-on. The heads are generally better structured than their base game counterparts due to the higher quality meshes but they do not change anything too drastically if at all when it comes to facegen. One still requires NPC makeover mods built for High Poly Heads if one wants to completely change an NPCs looks.
The higher quality meshes really shine during character creation via the Race Menu mod.
