As an additional note this also means that the weapon perks that let blunt weapons ignore some armor are mostly worthless, except when fighting something like a high level bandit. Dragons and draugr don't have an armor rating to ignore, just a lot of hit points.
-normal damage from Shock damage.
-Immunity to paralysis.
-Immune to Frost damage.
-Dwemer spiders CAN be ragdolled but the other kinds can't.
-25% magic resistance.
-CAN be Soul Siphoned, but not Soul Trapped.
-Lower-leveled versions take less damage from physical attacks. while higher-level versions will deal more physical damage to you.
-Higher-level Dwarven Spiders will shoot lighting at you, and ALL Dwarven Centurions have a breath weapon.
As others have said they don't really have an Achilles heel, aside from the player being able to dish out physical damage pretty quickly. I don't bother hitting them with spells, though summons and followers can certainly use spells to distract some of them.
Having a good block with a shield helps mitigate the physical damage, as does a large reserve of healing potions for the centurions, which do hit like sledgehammers. Potions and gear that help you resist electrical damage is helpful for the spiders that shoot lightning.
It's not a issue really now, i jus sneak up on em, an stab em.
