What is the max level enchantment of fortify alchemy? (no exploits)
I dont wanna use restoration loop glitch like i did in every single playthrough and play fair. Im currently at 33% fortify alchemy with 35% better enchantments potion, both alchemy and enchanting maxed but yet I cant craft a better set for alchemy becuase its still 33% when skills are combined with this potion. Can you get past that?

I have to say, those numbers are actually very good for just using the 'fair' mechanics. Below is some more information that you may find helpful. While the first portion may be considered an exploit, the additional information section below may help in seeking a few extra points.

Method for maximum strength potions and enchantments
Prerequisites: Level 100 in Alchemy and Enchanting, five perks in alchemist, one perk in Benefactor, five perks in Enchanter, one perk in Insightful Enchanter, three pieces each head and hand apparel with no enchantments, three rings with no enchantments, three amulets with no enchantments, and twelve grand souls.
  • Craft a set of Fortify Alchemy gear.
  • Craft several potions of Fortify Enchanting at 30% boost.
  • Craft a new set of Fortify Alchemy gear at 28% boost with the aid of the potions.
  • Craft several potions of Fortify Enchanting at 32% boost using the new set of gear.
  • Craft a final set of Fortify Alchemy gear at 29% boost with the aid of the potions.
The final set of gear will not improve the results of a Fortify Enchanting potion, but will improve the results for other potions. Additional potions can be brewed to improve enchantments of all types. One common application is to enchant a set of Fortify Smithing gear and combine it with a maximum strength Fortify Smithing potion to improve weapons and armor.
Additional Information
Vampires that have the Restoration perk Necromage, can reach up to 33% Alchemy gear boost and 42% Enchanting potion boost. Vampires that have the Restoration perk Necromage, and while Enchanting wear Ahzidal's boots and any three other Relics of Ahzidal, can reach up to 49% Enchanting potion boost with the Seeker of Sorcery boost and 39% Alchemy gear with Seeker of Shadows.

The Seeker of Sorcery from the Dragonborn DLC which makes enchanting 10% more effective. The ability can be gained at the completion of the quest "Black Book: The Sallow Regent." It goes very well with Ahzidal's Armor set, as it increases skill in Enchanting by 10.

It's been a very long time since I've used the Vanilla skill trees, but IIRC I was able to reach 37%. I cannot tell you exactly how I did it, because I do not remember the steps I used. I don't recall doing anything special though...

I probably used Ahzidal's armor to do it, do you have that?

HINT... use better ingredians, I.E Drough Wax an Stonepetal flowers,(both give a 1.X bonus when used) with my alchemy skill, I can make potions that make enchantments 60% better, the useal potion is 30%

ONE of the ones from the dragonborn DLC, Ahzidal's armour is the one you dig up in the ruins (as oppossed to Deathwalker's armour which is a treasure hunt using a map)

Ya, it's from the excavation quest, you need 4 pieces for the effect to activate, actually only 4 pieces, if you wear 5 it goes away.

As a side note, if you do decide to complete it, Ralis is one of the best followers in the game.

35% enchanting is where i'm at now is pretty good. going to get the ahzidal's gear for 10% boost and the black book that gives a 10% bonus. seen many enchant scrolls in the game that give 30-40% so i'm not that far off.

trying to keep the game a little balanced as it's pretty easy to make an op character with out using exploits. I don't make any blacksmithing potions, just use the ones i find in the game. the ones you make are totally gimped (too powerful). on my enchanting/blacksmithing gear i aim for 20-25% (no more) I do fudge the enchanting /blacksmithing and the enchanting of my gear a bit as i've added 2 new pieces (cloak and left hand ring) i like those extra pieces.

edit: the black book is in the northern most dungeon on solstein, the one with the spiders (you can make exploding spiders there). choose the black book buff that lowers the cost of your spells by 10%. It's not shown on the buff but a secondary buff is 10% to enchanting.

Do you have the latest update? Because if you do, you have Rare Curios, everyone does. It's part of the 4 free creations added in the 1.6 update.
