Race Menu and Enhanced Character edits compatibility

I know a mod to make both Race Menu and Enhanced Character edits compatible with each other, the mod is R246 Female Presets for RaceMenu and ECE.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but the mod you referenced doesn't actually seem to do that. Instead, it has two sets of presets, one to be used in Racemenu and one for ECE users. A mod that does seem to offer a few of those capabilities is ECE Sliders Addon for Racemenu https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/75686

I don't use ECE so I won't comment beyond what I've said.
