Creation Club Mods

I can't Enable or Disable the Mods in my Creation Club Library, though I can do it for any new Mods I Download. I have tried to Disable and Enable in the Options and still nothing. It says the Mods are Installed, but I don't have the Enable or Disable option under the Bookmark. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Any CC mod in the Data folder can't be disabled. Once they're are in the Data folder, they are automatically enabled. Don't disalbe the CC mods that came with the update. These are part of the game now. The other CC mods can be moved to a backup folder, but be sure that the game does not update.

I have rechecked and the CC mods that say they are installed are not showing up in my game???
There is also nothing showing in the CC folder in Data???
