I use SmoothCam myself. What does that mean?
Don't do that.
If this is a different character, then why did you bring up smoothcam?
Your choice is to re-enable Smooth Cam and load a save that includes the mod, or remove the mod and use AIM Fix mod to adjust the crosshair while in game. You could also option into using AGO and make the necessary INI adjustments yourself as referenced in Vlad's modding guide.
On a side note, vanilla Skyrim aiming has generally been low & left of target. From playing Oldrim on 360, through LE, and into SE, I've always aimed low & left. Recently I started using AGO & AIM Fix and sighted in at 30 paces (about 100ft).
You might have to change some ini settings pertaining to where arrows go to get
them to fly right, although I would need to look around for where the settings are.
That being said, the mod author has created multiple ways of adjusting the crosshair, or even hiding the default crosshair and having Smooth Cam render its own based on the arrow prediction option.
EDIT: For the actual settings related to aiming, take a look at ABT on Nexus (link below). It is a well known mod, but pay close attention to the first portion in which the mod author explains how the INI settings work.

NOTE: If you don't have the [Actor] and [Combat] sections in your Skyrim.ini file, just add them (after [General] section for example).
[Actor]
fVisibleNavmeshMoveDist=12288.0000
[Combat]
fMagnetismStrafeHeadingMult=0.0
fMagnetismLookingMult=0.0
f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
There might be some settings to change side to side tilt but I can't find the names.
