KiLoader issues, can someone help?

So, I installed a rather complex mod pack and I resolved a good portion of the issues that came, but I have one problem I can't seem to find a solution to.

When I launch the game I get an error message that reads "KiLoader failed to initialize due to the following exception (" and that's all it says, doesn't give me any further information besides that. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried googling the issue but as usual Google doesn't want to give me a straight answer, instead it keeps directing me to places where someone asked a completely unrelated question to mine. I'm completely stumped here and don't have any clue how to fix it.

So, I updated windows and restarted my PC and somehow that seemed to fix it, I don't get that error message anymore, but now a new problem came up that confuses me.

Skyrim refuses to launch completely, It opens, and then takes me to the loading screen with the skyrim logo and spinning wheel bottom right, but it's just an infinite loading loop. It does that eternally.

I don't know if you have a generic loading problem (there are checklists you can use for troubleshooting those in the pinned topics) or if something is fouled up with your mods or modpack. You also didn't state which modpack and modmanager you are using btw. My suspicion is that skse or one or more of your skse plugins is not installed correctly or is not the correct version for your game executable, or both of the above.

You might also check the comments for your specific modpack or contact the modpack author for advice.

My bad, I'm using Vortex and the mod pack I'm using is from a youtube video so it doesn't have a specific link but it's an entire graphic overhaul that uses XLodGen and Dyndolod alongside SSE Edit and KiLoader.

Just from what you are saying there's a very long list of ways this thing could be installed or configured wrong and this needs somebody who knows everything there is to know about this specific setup. Your best bet is to contact the modpack author.
