AE contents not showing

Hello,
I have recently purchased the Special Edition with the Anniversary Edition pack, yet none of the Anniversary edition contents (for example Goldenhill farm) seems to be in the game.
I don't seem to have any download pending. Can someone help? Am I doing something wrong?

Goldenhills doesn't show up as a quest, till u find it, nor do's a lot of the stuff, as i understand it, AE as a game doesn't exist, it's simply SE with every pre-released Creation club MOD and 26 new release items added.

There's plenty of guides and maps, on where to find the added stuff, you can get a lot of the gear at Radiant Raiment in Solitude, find it in trunks, or as loot of body's.

As you level up, better gear becomes available to find/buy.

A lot of the new spell's can be brought from the collage of Winterhold, assuming u have the relevant magic skill. they can also be found in Hobs fall cave, in there is a chest with 13 CC mod spell tomes.

It's possible to make it there, once ya outside helgen with Raoulf, it do's require stealing a horse, and considerin it's filled with necromancers, pretty tricky too, O went there from level 7

I also gift to u, my knowledge of toxins, that once u get goldenhill's, you'll be able to create unlimited numbers of expensive, powerful toxin's, from common grow-able ingredients, as well as a few deadly combo's that require exotic ingredients u cant grow, but can buy/find....

Attend and learn

1. Canis root and Impstool= Paralyse for x seconds(HINT both growable at home, and makes 1 expensive potion, 2-300 gold when sold, if a decent strength)
2. Canis root, Impstool, deathbell= Paralyse for X with x contious damage
3. Chokeberry Impstool Scathecraw do's X poison damage for x secs + instant dam of X.
4. Deathbell, Impstool= Lingering x posion damage
5. Cannis root, Chokeberry, impstool enhanced Paralyse for X with x posion dam for x seconds, with a hit of X posion dam.

Feel free to swap deathbell for Scathecaw, or vise versa if ya wish, same potion, but with added stamina dam.

NOTE Chokeberrys can be brought from Babbete in the assassins guild, you have to join to get access, they are also sold by kajit traders, who roam from town to town, and are difficult to find.

Scathecraw only grows on Solthisem, which is part of the dtagonborn quest line, but u dont need to start the quest, to goto Solitshim.

All Creation Club stuff must be downloaded once you have started the game. Steam doesn't handle any of that. If the download doesn't start automatically, you can try going into the Creation section of the main menu and downloading it there.

It is also possible the wrong account is linked. You may have to go to Bethesdas website and make sure the proper accounts are linked.

A lot of the content from the Anniversary Edition, is from notes laying around cities. I found multiple notes around Whiterun, and picking these notes up started many AE quests. Some also start by being delivered a note, by a courier. But I would advise what one of previous commenters stated. Look up the AE content online, to find out where to start there respective quests.

They changed how the AE stuff was introduced to a playthrough, because otherwise you get the quests all in one go, and it clogs up your journal.

You have to find the quest, usually by finding a letter or poster or book.... the wikis that have a list of the AE content usually have links to the quests for that content, which usually tell you how to start them.

Also ask innkeepers there are at least 2 quest that start that way.

First of all, thank you so much for your comment and help. I am a bit confused because when I try to download stuff that goes with the AE it tells me that I am unable to because the files for it are not there. I am so confused that I even went to check if I ACTUALLY downloaded both the special edition and the anniversary but the receipts are there.
I don't even have the option to purchase the Tundra Homestead from Proventus but I only have the option of Breezehome.
My Bethesda account is connected correctly, however I don't see any games I own there. Might this be the issue?

Start the game, then goto Creations, any mods you have will show as Owned.

make sure you are logged into your Bethesda account, I had this issue on Playstation, it only activated the CC files if the Bethesda account was active.
