I think you misunderstood what I said. You can get the word the normal way, by walking up to the wall and getting it, but doing that bugs out the game.
I wonder if one of the past updates broke it, because if you Google the issue there are people reporting the same thing years ago. I noticed it once I got the word from the word wall, took the exit door to skyrim right next to the wall, where you head out onto the balcony, and as soon as you re-enter the dungeon it all falls apart.
I did travel a lot after completing this dungeon, mainly for selling goods.
I'm NOT using the unofficiall patch but i am using like 20 mods.
cap your fps at 60 like you're supposed to and you won't have the issue, or get the fps fix mod to play at higher fps, either way this isn't a legit bug if you play the game with the proper settings.
never had an issue on multiple pc's with different versions of windows
I do use the Unofficial patch, and about 10 other mods.
My frame rate is capped at 60fps in the Nvidia control panel for this game.
You're very fortunate. A quick Google search will reveal that I'm not the only one who has experienced this bug. I guess I drew the short straw. EDIT - add the word "Reddit" to your Google search and that will produce the most results.
A quick Google search with the keyword "Reddit" will reveal that I'm not the only one who's experienced this issue. I'm surprised it's not on the official wiki, but it is what it is.
