I will say that skipping dialog can cause issues with certain quest queues. Sometimes, it's good to just listen. Many of the so called buggy quests that people complain about are actually due to not having patience.

Its not about being impatient, its about the fact that you are hearing dialogue for a quest for the 20th time.

Doesn't matter. Patience is still necessary. it's very simple. Those that want to fast track something that is integral to the program will only cause more issues. I'm speaking as a person that does an exceptional impression of Hermaeus Mora.
