creation club and creation points stuff ?

so when i download a mod form creation clubs to i have to pay points or for free ?

The idea behind it was so mod makers could get paid for their work, but 99.9999% of the mods are garbage and the good ones are so overpriced its like they wrote a whole new game. Good idea, piss poor execution.

There are three types of downloads you can get in-game: Community mods, Creation Club items, and content offered for sale by "Verified Creators".

Creation Club items and Verified Creations cost credits. Ordinary community mods are free.

Bethesda merged both the free mods and paid creations into the same system. So there are still free mods alongside the creations.

Also keep in mind so now and then there are CC for free as a deal. It rotates in time.
