The mad bast*rd take on 40 high level bandits and won with full health, even dragons can't kill him or other bosses even console commands can't kill him I send everything at him even spawning 40 of them to take him on, is there anyway to kill him?

Just unrelenting force him off the cliff. He's tough because he has max heavy armour with the perk so there's a chance your attacks reflect back at you and kill you.

You kill him the same way you kill anything - smack him enough times.

He is level 80. The strongest type of bandit is still only level 25 (level 28 for the chiefs). Few things in the game can get as high a level as the Ebony Warrior.

I stole all his gear...repeatedly.... hahaha, it's quality gear too, free health potions, an fat ebony armour(if thats ya thing). Except he was waiting for me outside Dawnguard castle, i ignored him, when I finialy wanted to kill him, he vanished, aint seen him since..

He prob ran when he saw me, not that i blame him...

I kill him with my wooden sword enchanted with shock and chaos. takes about 2 hits.

Hit him with an enchanted weapon, and he goes down easily enough, I had a Daedric Sword with Fire and Shock Damage and he took damage.... would have done fire and Chaos, but didn't come across chaos weapons that playthrough....

Stagger him when he tries to Shout or use bs Full Restore. He spams it so damn often at half hp!!!

learn back stab and sneak up on him and cut his throat with a dagger

I tired, ten back stabs and waiting for him to stop moving with every back stab and the bast*rd fu*king healed himself

When you accept his challenge, you get a quest marker and meet him on a mountain.
