Mod help

so i have tried installing this both way's through vortex and manual and i keep getting a message that read's

REL/Relocation.h(718): failed to locate an appropriate address library with path: Data/skse/plugins/versionlib-1-6-1170-0.bin.

i have all the latest updated skse file's, address library for skse plugins the all in one file.

this is what the d3dx9 log say's.

i am running the game through the skseloader.exe


i'm guessing i have done some thing wrong at some point. i'v tried to make sure every thing is compatible with each other and skyrim but i'v prob f'ed that up some where. vortex say's my game ver is 1.6.1170.0 and its a steam copy of SE. any help would be greatly appreciated as all i'm trying to do is remove the pink/purple artifacts otherwise every thing else works in game when not having engine fix's installed? sorry for the novel

Make sure you are installing the correct version of 'Address Library for SKSE Plugins.'
For the current game (version 1.6.1170) the file to use is the second file listed:
All in one Address Library (Anniversary Edition)

As for purple artifacts, these are generally missing textures or meshes. I recommend you install 'More Informative Console.' This mod will give you more information about an object, like the model and texture as well as the last mod that modified the item.
