The house of horrors BUG...cannot find Vigilant Tyranus, HELPPP

Met a man that want to drink with me, after that he bring me to a shrine, then I completed the mission of the chosen girl, and already did the mission of sliverblood and Forsworn Conspiracy. I would say I never meet this NPC before.
To trigger the forsworn and sliverblood mission, I felt like I skipped a lot of process and the problem was more serious than other people with the same bug, the forsworn didn't kill any NPC before the main gate, they still alive, and there is no option to talk about this city with the shopkeeper of sliverblood inn...
I think I will never get the mission of House of Horror in a proper way, anyone know what commands should I use?

It is possible he is already dead if you have done the quest "No One escqapes Cidhna Mine" first.

better to use his refid, a more surefire way is to click on yourself after making a hard save, then use "moveto [his ref id]" on yourself when it takes you to him click on him, reload the save and then type "moveto 14" to move him to you. that usually works very well for me when i have a missing npc! a bit tedious but tried and true!

his ref id is this "A733C" the zeros are not needed so type "moveto a733c" after clicking on your character and making a return save. it will take you to him in game. enjoy!

Did you use the double quotes when entering the console commands. That might explain why those are not working. You should use those this way:

prid a733c
moveto player

Be in front of the abandoned house when you execute those commands. There is also a bug where Tyranus is not at his usual place near the house, but near the stables outside Markarth. When he is not dead (he should be essential up to a certain point during the quest) he should appear near you.
