No, but you can still access original Skyrim's store pages (hidden at publisher's request).

If your specs don't fit with Skyrim SE then sounds like you have a rather old computer. Or possibly one with integrated graphics instead of a dedicated GPU.

Plan to replace that low spec machine. Don't need anything high end, but it will be difficult for anything if you can't even run this.

no my machine not really old. but its bugged. (my brother have legendary edition so he got free upgrade to SE, and i test it. its run poorly(sometimes when walk the game think i'm at see and change animation to swim)). thats why in classic i found no problem. and i can disable DLC too (kinda annoying to suddenly vampire attack and kill npc).

Swimming on land is not a system issue (there is something else wrong), and those vampire attacks were removed in Special Edition so no need to disable anything.

That swimming on land is a symptom of not having the FPS capped at 60. Capping FPS is covered in this discussion topic under the Options section:

tell your brother to play in offline mode; you can trick family sharing a little bit; one account cannot play two games on two machines simultaneously, no, but... steam gamers have found workarounds.

So why in classic i not see the problem meanwhile in se i got the problem? Kinda weird for me. Also vampire attack still happen, they kill hadvar uncle (forget his name, the blacksmith Riverwood).
