MO is likely still referencing your mods to the old drive location...

If you are using MO2, did you make sure the correct file path information was updated for the game executables? If you are using Vortex, the same question?
If you want to move your modded Skyrim installation to another drive, follow these steps:
Backup Your Mods:
Open Vortex (or your preferred mod manager).
Click “Purge Mods” to remove all mods from your current Skyrim installation.
Close Vortex after this step.
Back up the main folder of your Skyrim installation. You can find it in your Steam library folder on the drive where you originally installed Skyrim. The path is usually: Steam -> steamapps -> common -> skyrim (or skyrim special edition).
Move Skyrim Using Steam:
Open Steam and right-click on Skyrim (or Skyrim Special Edition) in your games list.
Click “Properties” -> “Local Files” -> “Move Install Folder”.
Select the new drive where you want to move Skyrim. This process may take a while.
Update Vortex:
Once Steam has completed moving Skyrim, open your new Skyrim install folder and compare it to the one you backed up. They should be the same because Steam is supposed to move the entire folder.
Open Vortex. You may encounter some errors; dismiss them.
Click “Settings” in the left-hand pane, then go to the “Mods” tab.
Under “Mod Staging Folder”, click “Suggest” and then “Apply”. This step might take some time.
Deploy Mods:
Restart Vortex (it shouldn’t throw errors this time).
Go to the “Mods” tab for Skyrim and click “Deploy”.
Once deployment is complete, your modded Skyrim should be ready to go!
Remember to sort your load order with LOOT after completing these steps. Your load order should remain the same throughout this process.
