Also check out the section about publishing crashlogs.
Check the link in the above post, and the troubleshooting guides in the pinned threads, and if they don't help, post your load order and system specs.... Because the crash log isn't very useful unless you know how to read them.
My guess is your virus program is blocking Skyrim, so be sure it is allowed as an app with your virus program and run the game as Administrator.
Since you have Engine Fixes be sure the following are changed in EngineFixes.toml The file path should be something like this. Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\skse\plugins.
If you read through all the comments for Engine Fixes you'll find that one tweak is not needed to be made. Just be aware of it. Leave it along for now SaveAddedSoundCategories = false and just change the two below.
EnableAchievementsWithMods = false
SaveScreenshots = false
Once that is done you'll need this.
