As I stated earlier in another thread, (before I went to sleep lol):
This is due to a game-wide few texture mods that required either lodgen *or* had prepared lods it would install *for you*. As well as the following two LOD mods:

I followed Vlad's guide, only needing to avoid FISS and the Address Library. This is also SAE (upgraded).

now the guide is setup for Vortex in the sense that I give specific details on load order for any mod that needs notes regarding set mod A to load before or after Mod B, C, D and so on, as per the Vortex "Rules" system.
And again, the guide uses Re Engaged - that's my go to ENB especially for a weather controlled mod like Obsidian.
