Does anyone know who sells the Bone Colossus spell?

So i downloaded the new necromancer content from skyrim creation club, and I also own the anniversary edition. my character's conjuration skill tree is at level 100. but i can't seem to find anyone who sells bone colossus spell. i'm currently at the mage college, and i talked to the guy who can level up conjuration skill, and even he is not selling the Bone Colossus spell. anyone know where this spell is located?
