So i never play with mods but i see mods disable achievements. I thought fishing, survival mode etc was a mod? Does it not disable achievements? I also don't see the fishing that you got for free when i go into mods but i see it in creation club? Im confused can some1 explain this

the 4 free cc you get by updating skyrim se does not disable achievement
creation club mods don't disable achievements because they've been 'vetted". the AE version has every creation club mod installed so it's the most modded the game can be while still retaining achievements. Although i'm sure there's a mod that re-enables those achievements. I'm tempted to download a mod that removes the menu pause.

Also theres a mod/fix that any SE user should use anyway, that fixes achievements for modusers

very interesting statement from the author:
"A couple thoughts on the AE update, since I'm sure the popularity of this mod will have people swarming to the comments section to complain:

I don't plan to update this mod for AE. I simply don't have the time or energy to work on these things anymore.
I don't know what aers's plans are, but I doubt he will ever get back into Skyrim modding again.
Don't hold your breath expecting a quick update for this mod. The amount of work required to migrate to AE is simply astronomical.
Don't expect a dark horse to come out of nowhere and champion a new update. It won't happen.
I am aware that SKSE has updated for AE. It makes zero impact on the update progress of this mod.
Be very wary of people who self profess as "experts" on SKSE plugin development. If they haven't authored an SKSE plugin before, then they know absolutely nothing with regards to what they are talking about.
SKSE plugins and SKSE dependent mods are different things. SKSE plugins are dlls and are dead in the water until someone updates them. SKSE dependent mods simply contain scripts that rely on functionality provided by SKSE itself, and will be OK now that SKSE has updated for AE.
My thoughts are my own, and are not at all representative of the SKSE team, Bethesda, or any other mod authors, including aers."

Well done Bugthesda suckers, way to go to kill ur own community

Bethesda calls Creation Club content "miniDLC". They are made by Bethesda or people commissioned by Bethesda.
