That mod is currently broken since the latest update, why are people sending mods to people that require SKSE Address Library....
The assembler has been updated in this latest SkyrimSE from 2016 to 2019 so all of the ID codes which make Address Lib work are also now wrong and broken using this mod will cause address lookup failed every time you launch SKSE, Updating SKSE will not fix this mod.
This also allows the fps to cap off at 144? I can't see any mention of it in the description.
At 120hz I was getting a sluggish horse, so I doubt it'll work at 110Hz.
Too bad Bethesda's "hail" to the community is not really in form of supporting them.
But the concert was awesome! Despite it was not live...
Wow, so we can confirm the game is definitively broken when running at unlocked FPS.
