its the only way to be certain
however heres a note, one time at band camp i played a strict legit vanilla skyrim no mods no cheats legendary difficulty and eventually my game started crashing every time i got near frostcrag spire.. there was something in that cell in the default game after 100+ days in the game that made it crash and i never figured out why or what.. i started a new game
hey maybe start a new game just to see and check if it crashes then!!
For example - You have COTN - Dawnstar. I do not see the file:
"Lux - COTN Dawnstar patch.esp" or "Lux - Ryn's Whiterun City Limits patch.esp."
For the number of building and city overhauls you have, there should be a pile of Lux patches at the bottom of the load order.
If you are using the latest Lux suite of mods, please note that the mod author has placed all patches in a separate mod instead of the main mod.
Lux Patch Hub -

No disrespect to Skurkbro but, that mod is very outdated. Most of the mods you are using are not included.
EDIT: I used to use the Unofficial Lux patches as well. I have since updated the main mods and switched to the Official patch hub mods. Here are the others. These are fairly hot off the presses:
Lux Orbis Patch Hub -

Lux Via Patch Hub -

The switch I made was just a couple of weeks ago. I was a bit Leary to switch due to the multiple interactions with other mods. I did start a new character as well just in case.
NVM, you answered that with Albert.
