No option to download the Anniversary Edition

I did a clean install of Skyrim for modding purposes but when I get to the main menu there's no pop up to download the Anniversary Edition. I've tried reinstalling it multiple times, deleted everything in the steam folder, deleted the folder in Appdata, and I do have the Anniversary Edition checked off in the DLC options in properties.

Then download the CC manually through the Crestions menu.

Log into your Bethesda account and download the stuff, either individually or see if there is still a download all AE mods option.

antivirus like to block skyrim so you might want to make exceptions specially if your using windows defender
