flickering lights inside buildings
hello guys,
I recently started a new game and once I entered the first couple of buildings I noticed that I got a flickering or a light sources turn off and on when I turn around with my character.

I really have no idea why that is, I'm using Lux Via, Lux, Lux Orbis, Paraphernalia - Ambience and the Picta Realis ENB which should all work nice together according to their authors.
Also followed the correct load order for all of these mods..

any ideas?

Even though the mod author for Paraphernalia indicated that it makes no edits to cells and that it should function with Lux, I'm questioning the description where it talks about realistic torch and candle flicker.

Could be one of them conflicting with one of your other mods... or they are in the wrong order in relation to other mods.

Well picta realis was built around Lux mods, thats what he says.
The author of Ambience also uses all Lux mods.

Thats where I get confused, on the paper it should work.

I followed GGUNITs LO for Lux mods.
Via/Orbis then Lux and all their patches, after that Ambience with Lux patch and very last Picta Realis.
It's the LO given by each author, its really frustrating

Could be enbseries.ini tweak is need or you missed one of the hard requirements for the enb. Make sure you have to correct enb helper too.

Flicking is usually a shadow issue and/or to many light shadow sources in an interior cell, usually.

nope, I checked it two or three times, got all the requirements.
ENB Helper is up-to-date too.

what exactly could I tweak in the ini to fix this?

Shadows? hmm maybe something with Embers XD? but Embers XD and Lux are supposed to run fine together too, and I got patches for them to run with each other.

My personal guess is lux and some altered interiors (JK probably not) Lux needs a ton of patches in general

I glanced through the Picta page and nothing stood out. I use the full Lux series, embers and elvs with no issues.

Then I saw kiloader and worldspace weatherlist. I got so pissed with that mess I dumped the ENB I was trying to use that required it.

You might be best posting a quick youtube vid on the Picta mod page and see if someone knows. Pics don't show flickering good so a short vid would be best.

Light limit fix?

Flickering lights means you did Dyndolod wrong.

you have fake light done wrong

The flickering is inside, so not a dyndolod issue. Tsaa / vsync issue maybe.

Just read a post from the mod author in the Paraphernalia - Ambiance forum that they recommend using their anti-flicker mod if you are using an ENB with Ambiance. Take a look as the mod addresses the light limit issue as well.

how can I do that with Dyndolod?
I only click on medium setting and select all where I want LOD's, the guide I watched did not show anything else

whats wrong with kiloader and weatherlist?

I was using Silent Horizons 2 - Universal Core before and it worked very good but since I started a new playthrough anyway I thought why not give Picta a chance
