but after that you could find a list on wabbajack that fits the common man.
Personally, I'd recommend just going to nexus and searching the collections for Skyrim. If anything, you'll see plenty of collections to browse though, most of which include visual enhancements.

Up to you OP, there's plenty of options available. I haven't tried this collection, so I currently can't comment on it, yet (I'm planning to give it a try).
