Olava the feeble bug
Well. I activated the quest and came to whiterun, since it was night and normally it doesn't matter, I picked her lock and entered inside her house.
Tried to talk to her and she said "You're not supposed to be in here".
So I went out and waited until the time she normally leave her house but she won't. Hour after hour I waited and she just won't get out of her house and no matter what time I enter it, day night or every other time, even when her house isn't locked she just say the same.
Is there a way to fix this without installing mods or this quest went to the trash can?

Also forgot to write she never leaves her house,
go on the wiki and get her ID (I forget if it's the regular ID or her RefID)
the use the commands:
Prid <id>
moveto.player

(note <id> is a placemarker for the id don't type<>)

Always use the Reference ID, and a space instead of a period between "moveto" and "player."

Prid 1A699
moveto player

Why are you breaking into a poor old lady's home? o.O

If her AI is bugged, just reload an older save before you trespassed into her home. Visit Whiterun during daytime, or wait for daytime.

Olava can be found outside her home sitting on the bench on the porch, or having breakfast at the Bannered Mare.

I entered and exited her house too many times so I lost that auto save. Also I never thought it'll happen so I didn't hard save.

I never had this happen with Olava, but I've had it happen with Avulstein Gray-Mane many times and the solution that Alexander posted always worked for me. just make sure you start talking to them before the reenter the house

Also don't rely on autosaves.
Make actual saves, best is named saves with the console so you actually know what it is and where it is. Of course your game your way, but it makes life in Skyrim a load easier.
