Problems with ENB

Guys, can you tell me what I could have done wrong? I installed ENB and the necessary weather preset, did everything according to the instructions, but did Skyrim turn gray. This a problem with absolutely any ENB preset and with any weather mods. I will attach two screenshots below, with ENB enabled and disabled
