What the hell is madness ore
It seems like Bethesda did something , but i have no idea what these small changes are supposed to be, now i find a new ore in a chest, what is that supposed to do?

Madness ore is part of the Saints & Seducers Creation Club thing. But that isn't new - everyone who has the Special Edition has that Creation Club thing (Along with Fishing, Rare Curios, and Survival Mode) installed for free since November 2021.

Madness Ore has been in the game for a long time because of Saints & Seducers.

If you had just googled it, you would have had your answer on what it is rather quick.

It creates the highest damage weapons but also the heaviest weight. If you're on survival mode, might as well stick with Iron.

its from the shivering isles creation club and was originally in the shivering isles dlc for oblivion and could be used to create madness armor and gear

Definitely keep that in your materials stash for smelting and smiting in the future if you still need to complete tasks related to S&S.
