Hearthfire homes

I love the idea of the hearthfire homes. A little build it yourself manor that you can customize as you go. They arent exactly in prime locations, but that only really SLIGHTLY matters in survival mode.
The Lakeview Manor is probably the best location... if it wasnt for the little cultist that keeps respawning right down the hill. It would be nice if there was a way (not including mods) to clear that camp permanently. The other two manors are nice and all, but being in the middle of nowhere in the cold region is far less convenient (for survival mode).

Taken as a Sequence; Bethesda Games show an Evolution of designs. While HF Houses are nothing to write home about, they are a step in the Build Anywhere (well almost) that we have in Starfield.

Though Outpost building in Starfield is a step down in some ways from the Settlement building we have in Fallout 4.

I guess they are trying....Its kind of two steps forward, one step back at times.
