Application Load Error 3:0000065432

Hello everyone, This error pops up when running the game itself (not graphics settings). There are many solutions to this problem in the internet, but none of them helped me:
1. Run Steam as an administrator
2. Disable Antivirus Protection temporarily
3. Verify Integrity of Game Files for the specific title
4. Delete game’s folder from Documents
5. Delete Steam appcache folder
6. Copy Steam (exe) to the game folder
7. Close Background Tasks
8. Reinstall the Steam Launcher
9. Reinstall the problematic game
For interest downloaded pirate version of the game and it worked, but with steam versoin not. I hope for your help.

OP, I don't see a little mouse icon next to your name indicating that you own a legal copy of the game. Do you still have the pirated version installed?

Have you performed a full clean install clearing out any remaining files of previous installs?

Windows 11 has been problematic as of late. Have you tried creating a local account, signed-in, and tried the game that way?

I don't have pirate version installed. I'll try full clear install, thx for idea.
