it seems it's an AMD/NV thing, in that people prefer one over the other, and you can't convince them otherwise, but if you're not biased, try both, since you have to choose. (there are skse load fixes separate too, which is why display tweaks guy suggests SSE fixes/ SSE engine fixes too)

Will this mod break my game?
So, save yourself a lot of aggravation and cap the game.
Of course, it is your game your way, but if you run the game over 60 FPS, you are on your own when it comes to troubleshooting any issues, due to the issues that arise and are tied directly into the FPS cap.
Don't believe the marketing. Nothing can compensate for high fps, lock it to 60. I use SSE Display Tweaks and SSE Engine Fixes with zero issues. Very smooth gameplay with no crashing or other problems. I lock the framerate in the SSE Display Tweaks configuration file.
