Can someone help me fix Vanilla? (SOLVED)
I don't know what the hell I did but I used to mod the hell out of this game but I decided to play Vanilla and the main intro sequence won't even start. Like the horse and carriage doesn't even move and I ended up just deleting all my mods and reinstalling the game a few times and nothing changes :/. Why the ♥♥♥♥ can I not just enjoy some normal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Skyrim for once????????

You will need to cap your FPS to 60.

The issue is related to the game physics being directly tied to the FPS. Higher FPS can cause issues like the intro cart or horse flipping around, animals falling from the sky, stuff flying off of tables, and quest queues not functioning properly.

I had exactly the same problem along with other, deleted all mods, cart wasn't moving or anyone else, except people talking to you on the cart, but that was it. I ended up installing basic mods that might have fixed it (like Engine Fixes SE), but ultimately I used Alternate Start mod to avoid the long intro scene anyway.

If you used to use FNIS, you might have some leftover files resulting in a T-pose and, thus, no movement.

Also, since you modded the game previously, there might be files left over. Try a clean reinstall, as just validating the files or uninstalling and reinstalling the game is not enough - files can get left over and they will continue to effect your game. Follow this guide EXACTLY and do everything it says to the letter:

And DO NOT clean or edit the Master files or any Creation Club content.

Good luck!

Oh my gosh thank you all for the help, I posted this and forgot to take it down because a friend helped me with it. I appreciate it though and all of your answers weren't wrong, modding can be so tedious and just about any little thing goes out of whack everything goes out of whack. And it turned out too when I reinstalled Skyrim I missed some other game files of it somehow and so when I reinstalled it it automatically used some leftover files.
