mod to remove LEVEL UP progress notification with audio?

Is there something? Cannot find anything.
I just want to remove the level up skill notification and level up notification .. hiding the hud doesnt solve my problem, cuz i hate the audio too .. sometimes its bugged in a loop until i restart the game thus i wanna remove it completely

sound setting can be made under sound descriptor. if you know CK or sseedit. under sound descriptor you can find UILevelUpSD, UISkillIncreaseSD... then you can set static attenuation (dB) from vanilla value to max 100 to mute it. for UI is under global settings or you can just better try mod Less Intrusive HUD II SE - AE

Sound works, only on level up though, not on skill up

level up message is something else, this removes it from the top left corner thats not really important or annyoing .. doesnt remove the big middle pop up message

While there are several mods that remove the upper left notifications, sounds related to level up, and removal of the attribute menu (Magica, Health, Stamina) when accessing the Skills menu, I did not find a mod that removed the center screen notifications & sound.

I did find a console command that may accomplish what you want. Make a save prior to testing. I have not confirmed that this will work, so let us know if it does.

To disable notifications for skill increases, use the following command:
Open the console and type: set AutoAttrNotify to 0
Replace the 0 with 1 to turn notifications back on.
