I cant find any bug in this crash log.You are skyrimSE 1.5.97 and you have NetScriptFramework,it have a better crash log.In Crash Logger SSE AE VR - PDB support page-DESCRIPTION,

You can only have one Crash Logger active at a time including NetScriptFramework (disable crash dumps in the config). If you're using NetScriptFramework, it's probably the better logger still unless you need PDB support.

If only this crash log,I only feel

RAM: 11.60 GiB/11.98 GiB ,PAGE FILE: 24.45 GiB/28.02 GiB

is not enough.Set 20GB virtual memory to SSD and try to clean page file.

If you are on, the old, outdated, and no longer supported version 1.5.97, you are completely on your own. The best advice that can be given is to update your game to the current version (1.6.1170) and rebuild your mod list with a completely fresh start.
