If the Hide effect persists, try waiting for 24+ hours or sleeping. If the effect still doesn't end (it should be listed in the Effects menu with a timer) you can use the following. Make a manual save prior to using a console command:
player.removeperk 0403d597
This will remove the effect. However, the perk will only be reacquired when Ildari (the character associated with the ring) is next put into Bleedout.
Do not rely on autosave or quick save as these are susceptible to corruption due to a lack of a pause in game script. Make several manual saves and back these up if you make any mod changes.
