Dragon resurrection bug?
I did the mission A blade in the dark, and normally, you would see the colom if light and the dragon crawling out as a skeleton. Whilst redoing the mission, the colom if light does not appear, and the dragon crawls out, not as a bone dragon, but as a flesh and blood dragon. I have found videos from other people with the some problem. The thing is, when I reload my save, the colom of light still isn't there, and the dragon has already it's flesh. Is there a way to solve this bug?

Video is not working, but it is a video from Mikeburnfire- blade in the dark.
From what the OP is describing the Dragon has already been resurrected by Alduin, this is not a bug.
The dragon is still getting resurrected by Alduin.
From what I can find, the lack of visual effects and an already skinned Sahloknir does happen. This doesn't appear to cause any issues with the quest. If you want to try something, reload to before you go to Kynesgrove. Instead of approaching the dragon mound from the Inn, try fast traveling to Narzulbur and approach from there.

Additionally, I have seen some people have issues with Delphine not giving quest queues after the dragon is dead. This may be caused by players attacking Sahloknir when the quest updates but the dialog between Sahloknir and Alduin is not complete. Wait until the dialog is completed and Sahloknir takes flight before attacking him.
