Skyrim Not Responding

I'm on a new install of Skyrim SE with no mods but every time I launch the game its just a black screen then it says Skyrim inst responding. I've verified files and made sure it was using the correct graphics card and still nothing. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Did you used mods in the past? If so- Delete your entire skyrim se folder and empty the bin. Uninstall and reinstall.

Thanks unfortunately I have already done that and its still doing the same thing.

Maybe it could work. I had issues of cc not working. Turns out the ini files in the documents were the ones behind it. I delete those and launched the game to create new ones and it cc worked again. Look in documents / my games / skyrim special edition and delete whats in it. Try launching the game normally to see if that works. Wish I could think of something else.

I tried and still nothing thanks for the help though. I guess ill keep trying things or ill just end up with a game that doesn't work.
