Help Forgotten Seasons Quest PLEASE!!!!

Hi Everyone, if anyone can help me please.
I have shut down all 4 conduits in all the season caves they are marked completed in my journal. the only thing left is to shut down the weather witch. but when I go back to the only section af the cave I haven't explored it is locked requires key why am I not getting this key when I finish the other 4 quests. I've gone back to an earlier save and done this twice with the same result No Key. What am I supposed to do?? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

That is from a mod, not the basic game. Google it or go to the mod page and talk to the author. This is how to handle all mod issues.

Forgotten Seasons is Anniversary Edition content so there is no mod page. Looking it up on an Unofficial Elder Scrolls fan page might help to figure out the problem.
