Or just match the plugins to your skse/game version
Don't enable many mods in one go.
Disable all mods, and first make sure SKSE is working. You will see its version number once you launch the game into title screen and type SKSE command in the console window (open it via Tilde ~ key).
Enable the mods one by one to see if game works. Disable any mods and dependencies that don't work. If any mods are not working, search the NexusMods for patch mods, or get alternative mods.
Otherwise install the mod Trainwreck, it will open a page with the potential errors when you crash. You can share it here for better trouble shooting.
SSE Engines Fixes has 2 Parts. Better approach is to install them manually. I remember Vortex didn't install Part2 properly, so I installed it manually, and then reinstalled Part1 (for 1.6.1170 and newer) manually too, just to be on safe side. Game worked with SSE Engine Fixes plugin then. Also installed the Save Corrupt Fix AE patch for same mod/plugin.
